Additional services, such as photo manipulation, database, and scanning are based on an as needed basis. Graphic Design available - advertising, logos, banners, stickers.

I have found that the best websites, as well as those that are repeatedly viewed, have a minimal amount of javascripts and large graphics and no banner ads.
